Nomi-guide
Use voicemail
As soon as you add your Nomi-SIM to your mobile, your voicemail facility is available. Your voicemail records messages for you when:
- Your phone is switched off
- The network is unavailable
- You are engaged on another call
Listening to voicemail:
When someone leaves you a voicemail message you will receive a text. You may also receive an audio alert, like a beep.
There are two ways to listen to your voicemail message:
- Dial 3232* from your mobile. No PIN number is required.
- Or call 0208 090 0264** from a landline. Enter your mobile number and voice mail security code when prompted.
When you’ve listened to your message, you will be given the option to save the message, save the caller’s number, make a return call or delete the message.
The cost of retrieving your message will be debited from your SIM card. If you run out of credit, you will not be able to listen to your messages. Don’t worry though; your Nomi-SIM will automatically save your messages for seven days. If you want to keep your messages for longer, you will need to save them when you listen to them.
Changes to voicemail:
You can change the standard greeting on your voicemail by recording a message of your own. Just call your voicemail on 3232* from your mobile and follow the voice prompts.
